1. Donation

The Donation option is a minimum $125,000 contribution to the St. Kitts & Nevis government’s Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF), established to support the development of the St. Kitts & Nevis economy. This option is the fastest and simplest way to obtain a second citizenship.

The SGF program is currently offering eligible applicants a reduction in the minimum investment required and processing time until final approval – a limited-time offer until June 30, 2023.

2. Real Estate

The Real Estate option is a minimum $200,000 USD investment for 3 years in an approved Dominica real estate project. This option offers the opportunity to own a valuable asset in a prime location, with the right to sell the property after three years and still keep Dominican citizenship.

This Real Estate option is a minimum $200,000 USD investment in an approved St. Kitts & Nevis real estate property. This option offers the opportunity to own a valuable asset in a prime location, with the right to sell the property after 7 years and maintain the St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship.

Option 2: $400,000

This Real Estate option is a minimum $400,000 investment in a government-approved St. Kitts & Nevis private home. This Private Home Sale option offers the opportunity to own a valuable asset in a prime location, with the right to sell the property after 5 years and maintain the St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship.

3. Public Benefit

This Public Benefit option is a minimum $175,000 USD investment in an approved St. Kitts & Nevis Public Benefit Project, designed to help enhance employment and develop economic programs in capacity building and technology transfer. Investors can apply to the CIU to become an Approved Public Benefactor and their project designated as an Approved Public Benefit Project for sale.
